We will evaluate your policy and procedures related to drug free workplace and monitoring.

Companies with a presence in several states may not be aware of the differing laws affecting these issues in the different states.  Do you treat your employees differentially?

Issues such as urine/saliva/blood testing, your EAP/SAP services, and monitoring once personnel have been identified as in risk positions, or once personnel have returned to work from treatment.

Do you perform pre employment or ongoing drug tests?

Do the people obtaining those results know what they mean? Are you sure?

Only a Medical Review Officer does, and can follow up medically.
