Northern Integrated Health, Inc. (NIH) is a private corporation which was founded in 2008 to provide community based services to individuals who struggle with mental health issues.
Generally, are providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Preferred One, Hennepin Health, Metropolitan Health, and some other insurers by specific provider. Private pay arrangements are welcome as well.
Since then, the agency has expanded in size, scope and vision to become a full range provider of behavioral health services throughout the greater Twin Cities area. Northern Integrated Health, Inc. has an active psychology department providing psychological assessments, known as diagnostic assessments, psychological testing of almost every type such as personality, intelligence, memory, attention, trauma, and so forth. Need for these is determined on a case by case basis. Psychotherapy utilizing a variety of techniques that is supportive and effective is available. Northern Integrated Health, Inc. is a training site with doctoral students and a doctoral fellow.
